Prominent Jamaican judge Paul Harrison has been appointed to the Turks and Caicos Islands Supreme Court to deal with the criminal trials arising out of Sir Robin Auld’s Commission of Inquiry and the probe by the Helen Garlick-led Special Investigation and Prosecution Team
