Proud moment as Shelly Forde, Turks and Caicos Islander, as she is called to TCI Bar, marking some of the first to be called this legal term by Chief Justice Agyemang.
Shelly is a dedicated professional who wanted to help others be compliant with policies and regulations, especially in anti money laundering compliance, and went back to school to make her wish a reality! With her extensive financial and corporate experience, she will be an asset to the community.
Having served in various capacities gaining exposure and supporting the TCI community, such as secretary of the Association of Company Managers and Agents, and public relations officer of the Compliance Association of the TCI, hosting numerous events and most notably the Registrar of Companies at the Financial Services Commission, she is a welcomed addition to the TCI Bar!
