We act for a number of banking institutions and major corporations in recovering bad debts, enforcing securities and collecting from delinquent customers. We also provide bailiff services.

I am being told we need to have a local attorney for debt recovery and to lien a property. A homeowner ripped us off, we sent him a deposit for a clients’ vacation and he kept the money, insisting that it would be returned he never even attempted to make amends. My client wants his funds back and he’s not stopping until he gets his 110,000 dollars back.
Can you tell me if this is something you do? The house he has is not livable, not in living condiiton and he owes many many people money. Lien on his home is the only way I see this will get settled.
I represent the Accreditation Commission on Colleges of Medicine (ACCM) which is an internationally recognized accreditation body for medical schools the majority of which are in the Caribbean. We are based in the Republic of Ireland.
We visited a school called Charisma University in Turks and Caicos in 2016 and to date €21,000 is still outstanding in spite of numerous requests for payment. We had to resort to our legal advisor but all efforts came to nought.
I would be most grateful if you could advise us what would be involved to recover this lawful debt and obviously your reasonable estimate of fees.
