Attorney with ten years’ post qualification experience. Managing and developing Civil Litigation department undertaking a variety of work including personal injury, family, landlord and tenant, general litigation, conveyancing and wills and probate.
Start Date: January 2021
Contract Period: Twenty four (24) months
Hours:Full Time 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The opportunity exists for a Barrister/Solicitor with mid – senior level experience to assist the Attorneys at F Chambers in running a successful legal practice in paradise.
The successful candidate will conduct a variety of work including personal injury, family, landlord and tenant, general litigation, criminal, conveyancing and wills and probate, preparing the requisite briefs for court and conducting trials and hearings in Court on a ‘pro hac vice’ basis. There is also the opportunity for the candidate to branch off into other areas of law as well.
Ideal candidates will have experience:
Specializing in civil and commercial litigation, including commercial disputes (25%), employment (25%), debt recovery (25%), professional negligence (15%), personal injury (15%), landlord and tenant work (15%), boundary and neighbor disputes (15%), and contentious probate (15%), handling risk assessment for personal injury(15%) and clinical negligence cases (15%).
